Company Will Continue Operations and Employment in Cochranton

COCHRANTON, PA – June 17, 2025

Drafto Corporation, a trusted leader in heavy-duty overhead crane lifting and weighing systems for more than 80 years, today announces it has officially been acquired by Celich Enterprises, LLC. The acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter for Drafto, one rooted in a storied history and in preserving its legacy in the Cochranton community while accelerating future growth.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Stanley R. Celich, founder of Celich Enterprises, LLC will serve as Drafto’s chairman and CEO – only the fifth in the company’s more than 80 years of operation. He brings decades of executive leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, insurance,and finance. A Pittsburgh native, Celich is committed to the company’s people and values.

In addition to maintaining operations in Cochranton, Celich’s plans for growth include expansion into new geographies, markets and products, while ensuring the service, reliability, durability, and custom solutions for which the Drafto name has become synonymous.

Former CEO Bruce Wesley will continue his work with the company as president and chief operating officer, and the current leadership team will continue in their roles.
